We are in search of a dynamic Optometrist ready to provide exceptional eye care services across multiple office locations, including Sewickley (the primary office), Ohio Valley, Beaver Valley, and Avalon (note: the Avalon office is temporarily closed).
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Excellence:
- Perform detailed eye examinations to evaluate overall eye health.
- Diagnose and manage various eye conditions, such as glaucoma, cataracts, and refractive errors.
- Prescribe, fit, and dispense corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other visual aids.
- Employ cutting-edge diagnostic tools to identify and manage ocular diseases.
Patient Engagement:
- Instruct patients on optimal eye care routines, including the use of - prescribed medications and visual aids.
- Provide clear, compassionate communication regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Respond to patient inquiries with understanding and a high level of professionalism.
Collaborative Practice:
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with ophthalmologists, opticians, and other medical professionals to deliver all-encompassing eye care.
- Partner with administrative and support staff to maintain a seamless and efficient operation of the clinics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
